Can i wear the winged jewelry without having to be careful all the time not to get stuck somewhere and accidentally break it?

You don't have to worry about that at all. The wings are light, flexible and bendable. They yield to every movement and remain completely unharmed by it. They can easily be worn all day as a necklace without having to focus on possibly damaging them.

 

When will my order be shipped?
When will I receive my order? 

First of all, I need some time to manufacture the items you have ordered. I need processing time for this. Then I will send your order and hand it over to a transport company.

 

How long are the processing times?

You can find the processing time for an item on the respective item page. If you select multiple items, the combined processing time will also be displayed in the shopping cart and later in the mail with your order confirmation.

 

How long does it take to ship to ...?

I see very high shipping costs in the shopping cart. Is that correct?

You can get a rough overview of the shipping costs at the Shipping Information page. If the price calculated in the checkout deviates significantly from this, please contact me and let me know which items you have in your shopping cart and where you would like them to be sent to.

Can I get a discount if I buy multiple items? 

Unfortunately, I cannot offer any discounts for several items purchased. I handcraft all of my products individually and invest a lot of time and effort in this. Therefore, I cannot offer any discounts if several items are being purchased.  

 

The necklace length is given in centimeters (e.g. 42 cm). How much is that in inches?

A necklace length of 42 cm approx. equals 16.5 inches and 64 cm approx. equals 25.2 inches.
